It takes about two weeks for lock replacement.
I received an email saying my package was delivered to a parcel box.
I called the usps local postmaster to request my mailbox lock be replaced this was suggested by my mail carrier that verified with me my lock is no longer operable.
The postmaster told me the only way they will replace the lock is if i bring a copy of my property deed into the post office during regular business hours.
The ones left outside in the elements often get really stiff and take a bit of force to turn.
